Ben Lappin
Director
Ben is the Managing Director of TL Lappin Developments group Ltd, a Main Contractor specialising in the construction and refurbishment of high-end residential and commercial properties.
Prior to founding TL Lappin in 2017, Ben acted as lead construction manager on various prestigious projects which included refurbishment of hotels and embassies.
Ben learned his craft from master builders from a young age and as well as being a competent builder himself, continuously advances his professional development in construction technology, design and project management.
Damon Marsons
Senior Management
Damon has been part of the team for over nine years, having started his very first job with us on a project in East London, where he was plasterboarding and skimming.
Coming from a plastering background and having learned his trade from his dad, Damon has progressed considerably during his time with the company.
Today, he manages contracts valued in the millions, overseeing everything from major structural alterations through to the finer details of joinery and finishing.
His experience, practical knowledge and understanding of every stage of a project make him a key member of our senior management team and a real credit to the company.
Tom James
Senior Management
Tom has been with the company for over five years and has built an impressive career with us despite joining with very little previous construction experience.
He now leads contracts valued in the millions from start to finish, taking responsibility for the complete delivery of each project.
Tom has developed an exceptional eye for detail and works closely with our clients to understand exactly what they are looking to achieve.
His progression, commitment and client-focused approach have made him a highly valued member of our senior management team.
Annmarie Rigby
Head of Accounts & Operations
Annmarie has been with the company for over five years, originally joining us as a bookkeeper before progressing to become Head of Accounts & Operations.
She now oversees the financial and operational side of the business and plays an important client-facing role.
Her responsibilities include valuations, variations, QS support and assisting the wider team with the day-to-day commercial and operational requirements of our projects.
Annmarie has become the go-to person for both the team and many of our clients, making her an invaluable part of the business.
Terry Marsons
Site Manager
Terry has been part of the team for over seven years. Having originally come from a landscaping background, he has developed his knowledge and experience across construction to become a trusted Site Manager.
Terry is responsible for ensuring the sites under his management run efficiently, safely and in accordance with the required standards and compliance procedures.
His hands-on approach, reliability and commitment to maintaining high standards have made him an important part of the team.
Chris Attwood
Head of Site Standards
Chris is one of our longest-standing team members and plays an important role in maintaining the standards we expect across our sites.
He takes responsibility for ensuring working areas remain clean, organised and safe, helping to create the right environment for our teams and trades to work efficiently.
Chris’s consistency, hard work and commitment to site standards make him a valued and trusted member of the team.
