Working closely with the client, architects and interior designers, T L Lappin Developments Group Ltd was appointed to restore this remarkable property, keeping its historic character intact while creating a home fit for contemporary life.
The works were extensive. They included a complete electrical rewire, mechanical upgrades, renovated bedrooms and bathrooms, a bespoke new kitchen, a dedicated cinema room and a full bespoke joinery package throughout the property.
Working within a listed building demands experience, care and close attention to detail. Our team worked meticulously to protect the history of the property while delivering the quality and craftsmanship expected of a modern home.
It was a rewarding project that brought traditional heritage and modern living together.
