A Notting Hill Home Featured in House & Garden
Project Westbourne involved a full strip-out and high-end fit-out of a property above a commercial unit. Working above a business called for careful planning and coordination at every stage.
Working closely with a talented design team, we delivered the project from construction through to a complete bespoke joinery package. We paid close attention to detail and quality throughout to bring the client’s vision to life.
We’re proud to see another T.L Lappin Developments Group project featured in House & Garden magazine. It’s a great reflection of the collaborative team behind the project and another home we were proud to help create.

We had the pleasure of working with Ben and his team when we renovated our apartment in London. From start to finish, they were a class act.
Everyone on site was extremely friendly, communicative and most of all skilled. On site, everything was kept as clean and tidy as possible, with photos sent to me of progress each day. They managed to keep on good terms with neighbours.
This was no mean feat as the flat was above a gallery. The gallery owners mentioned they’d never met such charming builders. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the build, and when snagging has happened (when it inevitably does) Ben is extremely fast to sort out the problem. Ben is a perfectionist and this is reflected in the final result of our project. I would highly recommend Ben and his team.
