We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Our website is hosted by GoDaddy and may set a small number of essential cookies that the site needs to work and stay secure. These do not require your consent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then not work properly.
5. Sharing, transfers, retention and security
Who we share it with. Only where needed: subcontractors and trades working on your project, suppliers delivering to your site, architects, surveyors and building control, our accountant, insurers and legal advisers, and GoDaddy, which hosts our website. Each may only use your data for the purpose we give them. We will also share information if the law requires it.

- Enquiries that don't lead to work are kept while we discuss the work with you, then deleted.
- Customer records are kept for as long as we need them to meet our tax, legal and insurance obligations and to deal with warranty or legal claims. This is usually six years after the work is completed.
Security. We use password-protected systems, limit access to people who need it, and keep paper records secure. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
